Who is Boss Lady Whit & What's Her Story?

(Humble Beginnings)

Boss Lady Whit aka Whitney B. Stallworth was born Whitney Booker in Pascagoula, MS on October 20th, of 1991. Whitney was born the baby of 6 to her mother Carolyn Booker & her father Eddie Foster. Whitney came from humble beginnings and was primarily raised by her late mother Carolyn Booker (1957-2019) and her late stepdad Manolo Tirado (passed in 2005) however, she had a great bond and relationship with her biological father Eddie Foster (1957-2017), throughout her life.

Whitney originally started her entrepreneurial journey in her early 20's while attending the local community college at (MGCCC), that she would later graduate from with a certificate, a diploma, and an associate's degree in business & marketing management technology. Whitney's journey as an entrepreneur originally started unexpectedly as Whitney was first pursuing a career in music. Whitney's mother was a woman of many talents, and a jack of all trades, and she passed down singing, dancing, and songwriting to Whitney, just to name a few. Therefore, it was only natural that Whitney took to music. While growing up, Whitney attended local talent shows while in middle school and high school, and even started writing her own music at the age of 9 years old. Thereafter graduating high school in 2010 with honors, she decided to take music more seriously when she started attending college. Whitney began purchasing beats, writing more songs, creating artwork for logos, as well as creating her own designs for her CDs, flyers, and posters. She also learned how to package and distribute her own CDs, both online and even more so in person, selling her CDs at local gas stations, barbershops, wine stores, salons, malls, and more. She went on to sale over 3,000 copies of her mini ep, which led to her being able to pay the rent at her then apartment and take care of her and her mom for over 6 months after she quit her job 6 months prior, which at the time had proved to not be a good fit due to health hazards at the job site. Whitney would eventually go back to work, but quickly realized that she simply missed working for herself. However, after witnessing what it cost to keep a career going, this time around she didn't want to just be an artist, she wanted to become a boss.

In the year of 2015, Whitney started venturing off in learning new skills that involved internet marketing, web design, advertising, search engine optimization, branding, lead generation, and affiliate marketing. She then began to learn more about business ownership, the fundamentals of what it takes to run a successful business, as well as how people were able to make money online legitimately from home with different programs that offered real value. Whitney didn't attend college right out of high school and was in and out of college for a few years before finding her niche. However, after learning, and researching as much as possible about business, Whitney finally decided after changing her major multiple times, that she wanted to pursue a career in business. To Whitney's surprise, she had taken enough classes and had enough credits to graduate the following year with a certificate, diploma, and associate's degree in business.

(Short Back Story)

Just like many people, Whitney faced hard times throughout her life and was never a stranger to hardships growing up, but she never allowed tough times to cause her to give up on her dreams, and most importantly she has always kept her faith and belief strong in God. Therefore, upon graduating, Whitney decided to buy herself a big flat screen TV to celebrate her upcoming college graduation, however, her family fell on hard times shortly after, and Whitney decided to pawn the TV at a nearby pawnshop to help with the bills. The salesman asked Whitney what she did for a living because she insisted that she was going to be able to come back for the brand-new TV because it was her graduation present. The salesman informed Whitney of a business opportunity with Uhaul and inquired about working with her once she graduated college and came back to get the TV.

Whitney never got a chance to get her TV back but a little over a month after graduating college she was reintroduced to the gentleman by her then stepdad Ced, who insisted that she needed to meet this guy that he came across that was business savvy like her. It turned out to be the salesman from the pawn shop. They both laughed upon meeting once more, but it would be the beginning of some life changing events for Whitney. After a great conversation with Whitney, the gentleman known as Thad, stated to Whitney that she was too smart to work for him, and asked did she ever think of starting her own business? Whitney of course said yes, but she didn't know anything about the moving industry. The gentleman volunteered to mentor her and teach her at no charge due to the potential he saw in her and the rest is history.

Whitney started her moving company Top Pro Movers in June of 2016 with no money to her name and went on to currently hold ownership for over 8 years, with the help her husband and Top Pro crew, she was able to turn her company into a 6 figure a year, 3-time award winning company. Throughout Whitney's time as owner of Top Pro Movers, Whitney became a mentor herself at one point, as she helped her husband, and an old associate start their own moving companies with both becoming successful during their times of operation. Whitney went on to also help others in different industries to grow their businesses using her advice, knowledge, and expertise.

The name Boss Lady originated when Whitney started her moving company. All of her workers and close associates started calling her boss lady and it stuck, which created the now name and brand Boss Lady Whit.

To date, Whitney has started other businesses such as her business loan brokerage company, Top Tier Lending Services, that she launched in 2021, which not only helps companies get funded but also helps them get lines of credit and more. She also created her own shoe and clothing brand, Caro B., that she launched in 2023, which was created and named in honor of her late mother Carolyn Booker (1957-2019) who passed unexpectedly due to cancer in 2019. Whitney is also in process of working on other business projects and ventures that she is yet to announce. Whitney has always been involved with network marketing, as well as lead generation throughout the years, and much more. She has always had a passion to help others but is now eager more than ever to curve out a new path to share her advice, knowledge, resources, recommended tools, and more that have helped her along her journey, in hopes that she can help others along their journeys.
